Hi! I’m Lois,

I’m so happy you have found me here as I get to share practices with you that have completely transformed my life.

After a decade of practicing and learning, I now specialise in guiding individuals towards ultimate relaxation through meditation, breathwork, yin yoga and sound healing. My purpose to create spaces for you to escape and retreat, whether you join me in person or online from anywhere in the world!

Yin Yoga & Meditation

Join me as I guide you through a restorative practice designed to allow your body to sink into total relaxation, and facilitate states of deep healing. Classes often include space for journaling, somatic movement, aromatherapy, connection and community.

Online Classes

Welcome to my online community designed to help you incorporate mediation into your daily/weekly routine, as well as inspiring you to keep up your practice.

I’ve also created "on demand" bundles of classes inspired by different themes to guide and support your yoga and meditation journey.

Through practice we can to discover the profound benefits of breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and cultivate a deeper connection within.
